    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
    • Travel up to 60% to project sites and support overtime during busy seasons

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience in millwright work, grain-bin construction, agricultural construction, structural steel, industrial maintenance, or equipment installation
    • Grain bin, grain dryer, conveyor, auger, elevator, or material-handling experience is strongly preferred
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in the field
    • Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed installation instructions
    • Welding, cutting, fabrication, rigging, or structural steel experience is a plus
    • Valid CDL preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain
    • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
    • Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding work
    • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely around heavy equipment
    • Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and a team-first attitude
    • Willingness to travel up to 60% and work overtime when project needs require it

    What We Offer

    • $26-$30/hr, depending on experience
    • Full-time, permanent employment
    • Hands-on work with a respected team in the agricultural and grain-storage industry
    • Variety of commercial and on-farm projects
    • Opportunity to build specialized skills in grain storage, drying, and handling systems
    • Stable work with room for growth for dependable, skilled technicians

If you are a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building high-quality grain storage systems, apply today.
