    Kitchen & Bath Design Consultant

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-home sales in the homes of prospects, using our proven sales process based on discovering the client’s wants and needs and providing solutions that best fit the client’s wants and needs and investment range
    • Gather information on all project-related products to present solutions to the client
    • Prepare cabinet and bathroom drawings using 20/20 Design or other design software
    • Create a proposal and related information to present to the client with the goal of creating a sale
    • Communicate with the client throughout the process, celebrate with the client upon delivering the dream kitchen and/or bathroom, and create a Raving Fan! 
    • Attend in-person weekly sales team meetings on Mondays and sales coaching sessions, as needed

    Our Requirements:

    • In-home sales experience in the kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling space with proven revenue and profitability knowledge
    • No design experience needed; paid training provided
    • Schedule:
      • Monday office day
      • Tuesday-Friday: 11am, 2pm, and/or 5pm consultations (max two consultations per day)
      • Two (2) Saturdays per month: 10am and/or 1pm consultations
      • One (1) evening per week: 5pm consultation
    • Three references from previous supervisors
    • Positive attitude and high energy!

    Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Atlanta, specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of remodeling and design trends (with a focus on kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling), and familiarity with the Atlanta market. This role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless client experience from concept to completion.  We want every client to give us a 5-Star Google Review and be a Raving Fan!  

    • Sales Leadership:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Atlanta’s high-demand remodeling market.
      • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Design Sales Consultants, ensuring exceptional client experience and financial performance – i.e., Raving Fans and high gross profit margins!    
      • Set and track individual and team sales goals, providing regular feedback and coaching, including through ride-alongs.
    • Market Analysis and Strategy:
      • Analyze Atlanta’s competitive landscape and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns targeting homeowners, real estate professionals, and other key referral sources in Atlanta’s thriving neighborhoods.
      • Stay informed about local design preferences and material trends specific to the Atlanta area.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and designers throughout Atlanta.
      • Provide expert guidance on kitchen and bathroom remodeling options, ensuring high client satisfaction (5-Star Google Reviews and Raving Fans!).
      • Address client concerns promptly and ensure a client experience second to none.
    • Sales Operations:
      • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless transitions to the project management teams.
      • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales metrics, and team performance.
      • Collaborate with local suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability of materials.
    • Revenue Growth:
      • Focus on acquiring high-value residential and commercial remodeling projects in Atlanta’s upscale neighborhoods (e.g., Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Buckhead, etc.).
      • Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining service excellence.
      • Develop partnerships with architects, builders, designers, real estate professionals, and other referral sources to generate leads.

    Location:

    • You would operate out of our North Atlanta office. 
    • You would: (i) attend in-person (a) weekly senior management team meetings on Mondays and (b) daily senior management team huddles on Tuesdays through Fridays; (ii) lead in-person (a) weekly sales team meetings on Mondays and (b) sales team coaching sessions as needed; and (iii) conduct ride-alongs with Design Sales Consultants to prospect’s homes to ensure proper application of our sales process. 

    Compensation: 

    • Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year 
    • Sales Team Performance Bonuses: up to $400,000 per year
    • Self-Generated Leads Bonuses: 1-3% of sales on self-generated leads that your teammates close.

    Requirements:

    • Required: 5+ years of experience in sales management in the remodeling, construction, or design industries.
    • Required: 2+ years of experience in sales management in the kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling space.
    • Required: $10,000,000+ in sales per year managed over at least two (2) years in the remodeling, construction, or design industries.

    Other Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
    • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design, materials (e.g., cabinetry, tile, countertops, waterproofing bathrooms, etc.), and remodeling processes.
    • Familiarity with Atlanta’s market dynamics, including key neighborhoods and client demographics.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools; experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2020 Design, ProKitchen, etc.) is a plus.
