The Service Sales Account Manager is responsible for the retention of our current customer base, the growth of our service accounts and meeting sales objectives.
Job Summary
• Primary person responsible for communicating with Home Service Customers regarding repairs needed, customers issues, cancellations and overall relationship management.
• Meet all sales objectives for order volume and margin:
o Lifts in Service Added
o Quoted Repairs
• Effectively build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
• Proactively working to monitor activity with all Home Accounts to provide exceptional service to our customers by making contact with active accounts around call outs, repairs, and past due invoices.
• Support management in the review of accounts where the company may be losing margin and/or money.
• Working with Service Coordinator to manage open jobs and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Working with Finance to ensure outstanding balances are managed and working with customers on receiving payments.
• Responsible for customer service and the retention of our customer base remaining above 90% and participating in the “Hot List” meeting.
• Reporting metrics weekly on units added and orders sold.
• Identifying MOD opportunities, generating mod proposals and winning sales.
