  • CDL Class B Driver

    Job Title: CDL Class B Delivery Driver
    Location: Burlington, NJ
    Employment Type: Full-Time


    About the Opportunity

    We are currently accepting applications for CDL Class B Drivers to deliver carpet and flooring products to commercial warehouses throughout the New Jersey area.
    If you’re seeking more home time, steady weekday hours, well-maintained equipment, and a professional, high-energy work environment, this is the opportunity for you!


    Compensation & Benefits

    • Starting Pay: $25 per hour (Weekly pay via direct deposit)

    • Health Insurance: Company covers approximately 50% of select plans

    • Short-Term Disability: Employer-sponsored plan provided

    • Additional Benefits: Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance available for purchase

    • Paid Time Off:

      • 40 hours after 90 days

      • 80 hours after 1-year anniversary

    • 401(k) Retirement Plan

    • Modern Equipment: Box trucks less than 5 years old, maintained for reliability


    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday, 8–12 hours per day

    • Must be available between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    • Home daily – no overnight routes


    Qualifications

    • Valid CDL Class B license

    • Valid DOT Medical Certificate (minimum 1-year certification)

    • Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience and ability to pass a road test

    • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs safely and repeatedly

    • Clean Motor Vehicle Record and PSP (no excessive safety violations)

    • Experience operating hand trucks and manual pallet jacks

    • Strong customer service orientation, professionalism, and dependability

    • High energy, team-oriented, and safety-focused


    Key Responsibilities

    • Arrive at terminal prepared and on time for daily dispatch

    • Follow assigned delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries

    • Load, transport, and unload flooring materials safely

    • Obtain signatures and payments when required

    • Document and report any overages, shortages, or damages

    • Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in safe operating condition

    • Perform daily inspections and report mechanical issues

    • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions

    • Comply with all DOT regulations and internal company policies
