In this role, you’ll lead the installation of high-end custom glass products—frameless shower doors, mirrors, glass walls, and more—in both residential and commercial spaces.

This position is perfect for a detail-oriented pro who can work independently, mentor apprentices, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship with every install.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Install custom glass products and hardware with accuracy and professionalism
✔ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Train and support junior team members on-site
✔ Keep work areas clean, organized, and job-ready
✔ Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members
✔ Deliver quality workmanship that exceeds expectations

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in custom glass installation
✅ Ability to read design drawings and follow technical instructions
✅ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✅ High school diploma or GED required (technical training is a plus)
