Available Roles
- RNC Sales Representative: Manage builder relationships, estimate/pricing for new construction HVAC installs; drive satisfaction through communication.
- RNC Sales Manager: Lead regional sales strategies, oversee accounts, and align with operations for seamless delivery.
- Estimator: Develop accurate cost estimates, material lists, and layouts; collaborate with teams for profitable projects.
- HVAC Technician: Install, service, and maintain systems to code; focus on quality troubleshooting and customer interactions.
- Field Supervisor: Oversee crews for timely installs, provide training, and ensure safety/compliance.
Qualifications (All Roles)
- Relevant experience: 3+ years for tech/sales roles; 5+ for supervisory/estimating
- Strong HVAC knowledge (residential systems, NC codes), communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license; clean record
- North Carolina H3-I or H3-II license strongly encouraged for enhanced opportunities
