�� What You’ll Do:

• Generate and close leads for custom glass and hardware projects
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers
• Manage sales appointments, quotes, and follow-ups using CRM software
• Conduct on-site consultations and provide design recommendations
• Track sales goals and pipeline performance
• Represent Gatsby Glass with professionalism, quality, and care

�� What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of sales experience (B2B, B2C, or construction/home services preferred)
• High School diploma or GED (Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus)
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed goals
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
