    Invoice Clerk – Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration

    We’re partnering with a well-established commercial HVAC/Refrigeration services company seeking a skilled and motivated Invoice Clerk to keep operations running smoothly. Join a team known for integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to professional growth in a supportive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and process invoices in a timely manner
    • Accurately input and update invoice information
    • Verify all PO-related parts charges are properly included on invoices
    • Collaborate with technicians to resolve questions regarding parts purchases
    • Generate and maintain invoice reports
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Parts Coordinator

    Parts Coordinator – Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration

    �� Full-Time | Mon–Fri

    We’re partnering with a well-established commercial HVAC/Refrigeration services company seeking a skilled and motivated Parts Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly. Join a team known for integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to professional growth in a supportive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Answer phones and log service calls in ESC software
    • Receive, label, and organize stock items
    • Maintain orderly and accessible storage of parts
    • Conduct inventory twice per month
    • Process returns for defective, warranty, or unneeded parts
    • Monitor pending parts orders and follow up as needed
    • Order parts for scheduled jobs and complete purchase orders
    • Operate forklift (not required but a plus)
    Qualifications:
