Install, service, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, RTUs, split systems, and control systems.

Diagnose and repair complex system issues with accuracy and efficiency.

Oversee and mentor junior technicians, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and effective project completion.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on job.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety regulations.

Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and technical expertise.

10+ years of commercial HVAC experience, including extensive work with chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related systems.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools.

Proven leadership experience or the ability to lead a team in the field.

EPA Universal Certification required, additional state licenses a plus.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $40–$55 per hour (based on experience)

Service, install, and maintain overhead crane systems and hoists.

Perform OSHA-compliant inspections, complete warranty work, and troubleshoot breakdowns.

Respond to emergency service calls and perform preventive maintenance.

Conduct electrical and/or mechanical repairs and adjustments, with or without engineered drawings.

Maintain strong customer relationships by identifying issues, offering solutions, and recommending improvements.

Document all service and installation activities, including forms, reports, and inspection checklists.

Adhere to professional standards of timeliness, appearance, and organization.

Maintain company equipment, including vehicles, tools, and service materials.

Stay up to date on Federal, State, and local safety codes related to cranes and hoists.

2–5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment (required).

Strong working knowledge of 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits.

Experience operating overhead cranes and scissor lifts (required).

Associate’s degree in Industrial Electrician, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Ability to work independently and manage customer-facing interactions with professionalism.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Physically capable of performing job duties, including standing, walking, working at heights, exposure to temperature extremes, and lifting 50–100 lbs.

Ability to perform inspections per OSHA standards.

Must supply own hand tools and meter.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
