What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff):
- Perform preventative maintenance & safety checks (fire systems, alarms, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, walls, ceilings
- Handle carpentry, painting, drywall, caulking, minor demo, and light construction
- Keep interiors/exteriors clean: trash, glass, supplies, basic landscaping
- Respond quickly to tenant requests and occasional after-hours emergencies (with fair compensation)
What We Need From You:
- 3-10 years hands-on experience in commercial maintenance, facilities, or construction
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting
- Valid driver’s license, clean record (company vehicle use)
- Physically fit: lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in all weather
- Self-motivated problem-solver who thrives with minimal supervision
- Reliable, flexible for on-call needs; pass background check & drug screen
