    • Communicate clearly with customers about problems and solutions
    • Document work accurately and keep organized service records
    • Participate in a structured on-call rotation (1 week/month)

    What You’ll Get

    • $25–$40/hr based on experience
    • Annual performance bonuses
    • Company truck for field work
    • Health insurance, IRA, PTO
    • $200 yearly tool allowance
    • Consistent, full-time work with a stable company
    • Opportunity to grow your skills in a specialized trade

    What They’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical service experience
    • Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working independently
    • Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
    • Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in doing things the right way
    • Good communication with customers and team
    • Valid driver’s license with clean record
    • Generator experience is a plus, but not required

    What Makes Someone Successful Here

    • Follows through on jobs and owns the outcome
    • Stays steady and reliable, even during on-call weeks
    • Communicates clearly with both customers and the team
    • Takes initiative to learn and improve
    • Works well independently but stays connected with the team
