HVAC Installer – Residential
Location: Columbus, OH
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose Install, test, and maintain residential HVAC systems for peak performance and customer satisfaction. Read plans, fabricate ducts, and ensure code compliance in a fast-paced setting with competitive pay, take-home vehicle, and advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment per specifications.
- Fabricate and install ducts/fittings.
- Test systems, perform start-ups, and handle repairs.
- Maintain clean work areas and complete paperwork.
- Communicate with customers for process explanations and satisfaction.
- Work overtime/weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4+ years residential HVAC installation experience.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- EPA Certification (preferred).
- HVAC trade school certification (preferred).
- Blueprint/plan reading skills.
- Strong communication and basic computer proficiency.
- Detail-oriented with safety focus; able to work independently or in teams.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined/outdoor spaces.
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Handle occasional overtime/weekends in varying weather.
