    Optimize Fleet Operations for Seamless Field Support!

    We’re seeking a proactive Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to manage vehicle fleet, routing, inventory, and daily runs in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. Report to Operations Director/General Manager, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance to bridge office, warehouse, and field teams.

    Key Responsibilities Fleet Operations & Maintenance

    • Schedule/track maintenance (oil changes, inspections); maintain records for registration, insurance, mileage
    • Conduct checks for cleanliness/damage; coordinate repairs with vendors; track fuel/downtime/GPS for optimization

    Routing & Field Support

    • Build/monitor routes in Workiz; verify accuracy for on-time arrivals; adjust live via GPS for emergencies
    • Support dispatch reassignments; identify and propose efficiency improvements

    Inventory & Equipment Management

    • Track van tools/materials via Workiz; ensure daily stocking and restocking with warehouse
    • Manage checkouts, missing items, and emergency runs for parts/supplies

    Daily Runner & Logistics

    • Handle runs for materials, paperwork, deliveries between sites/offices/vendors
    • Log mileage/errands; assist warehouse organization and prioritize urgent requests

    Safety & Compliance

    • Perform inspections; review GPS for safety/driver behavior; enforce policies and report incidents
    • Support training and accident follow-up

    Reporting

    • Generate weekly reports on fleet health/maintenance; daily logs for status/tasks
    • Aid audits and process recommendations

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years in fleet/logistics/field ops (HVAC/trades preferred)
    • Proficiency in Workiz; strong vehicle maintenance/GPS knowledge
    • Excellent organization/communication; valid driver’s license with clean record
    • Mechanical aptitude; lift 50 lbs; dependable for extended duties

    • Proven sales track record in in-home consultations and upselling.

    • Strong knowledge of insulation materials (fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose) and installation.

    • Familiarity with OSHA/safety protocols and CRM software (e.g., Workiz).

    • Excellent communication and team-building skills.

    • Valid driver’s license with clean record; flexible for evenings/weekends.

    • Preferred: CSIA certification or HVAC trade experience.

    Physical Requirements

    • Lift 50+ lbs; climb ladders/attics/crawl spaces; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.
