  • Residential Service Technician

Residential Service Technician – Heat Pump Specialist (Denver, CO)
No sales quotas. No upselling. Just real technical work.

We’re looking for a top-tier Residential Service Technician who takes pride in doing clean, precise, high-level work. If you’re the kind of tech who loves solving problems, dialing in system performance, and being the go-to expert on heat pump installations, this role is built for you.

This position is 100% technical—no pressure to sell anything. Your focus is making sure our heat pumps run flawlessly and that customers feel confident in the systems we install.

    What You’ll Do

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot heat pump and related HVAC system issues with confidence and accuracy.

    • Perform on-site walkthroughs on complex or high-priority installations to ensure everything is set up and operating at peak performance.

    • Deliver clear, detailed technical insights to installation crews, project managers, and engineering teams.

    • Verify system airflow, refrigerant charge, and overall functionality; complete field reports that help us continuously improve.

    • Support training by flagging recurring issues and sharing best practices with the team.

    • Work closely with internal teams to make sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.

    • Maintain clean, accurate documentation and uphold exceptional safety and quality standards.

    • Expect some overtime during peak heating/cooling seasons.

    What You Bring

    • 3+ years hands-on HVAC or heat pump experience.

    • Strong understanding of heat pump systems, controls, and commissioning.

    • Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

    • EPA Type II or Universal certification.

    • Clear communication skills and reliable documentation habits.

    • A professional, safety-first mindset and commitment to doing the job right.

    Why You’ll Love Working Here

    • No sales pressure—ever.

    • Top-quality tools and uniforms provided.

    • Health, dental, and vision coverage.

    • Life insurance + education support.

    • A team that genuinely values craftsmanship, safety, and technical excellence.

If you want to focus on being an expert—not a salesperson—this is the role where your technical talent shines.
