    Sales Arborist – Job Opportunity

    About the Role
    We are seeking a Sales Arborist to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling tree care solutions through face-to-face meetings, phone consultations, and digital platforms. This position combines expertise in arboriculture with a strong sales mindset to guide clients, develop tailored tree care plans, and contribute to business growth.

    Primary Duties

    • Client Consultations & Sales: Visit residential properties to evaluate tree conditions, identify issues, and recommend suitable services or treatments.

    • Client Education: Communicate the importance of ongoing tree maintenance, best care practices, and our commitment to environmentally responsible solutions.

    • Lead Development: Expand your client base by networking, seeking referrals, and engaging with the local community.

    • Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining regular contact with clients throughout the sales and service process.

    • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest developments in tree care, pest management, and industry standards.

    What We’re Looking For

    • ISA Certified Arborist, or willingness to obtain certification within three months of hire.

    • Minimum of three years’ experience in tree care, consulting, or sales.

    • Solid understanding of tree biology, pruning, disease/pest management, and risk assessment.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Self-driven with excellent organizational skills, able to manage leads and close sales independently.

    • Valid driver’s license.

    • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
