Compensation: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour base rate, plus a $200.00 monthly performance bonus.

We are immediately hiring a Grease Service Technician to join our waste solutions team in Des Moines. This role is built for an independent worker who enjoys moving throughout the night and doesn’t mind a physically demanding, hands on job.

What You Will Do:
- Navigate a Class B vacuum truck to customer sites to pump out grease traps and interceptors.
- Manage physical labor requirements, including handling heavy hoses and working in various weather conditions.
- Use our mobile routing and dispatch software to log job notes, complete work orders, and track your route.
What We Look For:
- Active Class B CDL with Tanker and Air Brakes endorsements.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass drug and background checks.
- Basic understanding of wastewater or plumbing is a plus, but we will provide full training.
