    Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Foreman

    Location: Des Moines Metro, Iowa | Full-Time

    UP TO $40/HR +BONUSES

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, supervise, and motivate plumbing crews (4–15 members) from project start through completion
    • Interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and coordinate with project managers and other trades
    • Plan, layout, and oversee installation of complete plumbing and hydronic systems install.
    • Perform and direct soldering, brazing, ProPress, no-hub cast iron, PVC/CPVC, and carbon/stainless steel mechanical piping

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5–7 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 3 years in a Foreman or leadership role
    • Iowa Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred
    • Expert knowledge of commercial plumbing and hydronic systems
    • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully running crews and projects
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

  • General Manager / License Holder

    General Manager/License Holder – HVAC (Hands-On Leadership Role)
    Location: Des Moines, Iowa | Full-Time
    Compensation: $90,000-$110,000/yr+, DOE 

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a hands-on General Manager who is also a fully licensed HVAC professional. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC leader who enjoys working in the field while also overseeing day-to-day operations.

    This is not a desk-only management position. The General Manager will actively perform HVAC service, maintenance, and installation work while gradually building, training, and leading a technician team. This individual will play a critical role in setting standards, ensuring quality and safety, managing jobs, supporting customers, and helping grow the business locally.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and installations

    • Lead by example in the field while establishing best practices and standards

    • Build, train, and mentor future HVAC technicians

    • Manage daily operations including scheduling, job prioritization, and workflow

    • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and professionalism

    • Coordinate closely with ownership on operations, growth, and planning

    • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

    • Support business development efforts such as trade shows, door-to-door outreach, and customer calls

    • Help drive revenue growth through strong service execution and sales ability

    Key Skills & Qualifications

    • Active, hands-on HVAC technician with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

    • Willing and able to perform field work daily

    • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in HVAC or skilled trades

    • Strong customer communication and professional presence

    • Demonstrated sales ability and comfort discussing service options

    • Ability to manage schedules and prioritize work effectively

    • High standards for workmanship, safety, and accountability

    • Comfortable mentoring and training junior technicians

    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and growth mindset

    • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt as the business scales

    Experience Required

    • 5–10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience

    • Prior leadership, lead technician, or management experience strongly preferred

    Licensing & Certifications

    • Active HVAC license required
