    What You Bring

    • Experience: 2+ years in sales (home services, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, or similar B2C sales preferred)

    • Mindset: Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable

    • Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing ability

    • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • Bonus: Prior experience in home services is a plus
