    HVAC Service Technician

    Location: Fenton, MO
    Compensation: $21–$33/hour + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

    • $1,000 at 90 days

    • $1,000 at 180 days

    • $1,000 at 1 year

    About the Role

    We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for HVAC systems in residential homes, manufactured housing, and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service while following all company standards and industry codes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely perform HVAC installations and service work in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    • Follow direction from Lead Installer/Service Technicians on scope of work.

    • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local, state, and national codes.

    • Apply knowledge of HVAC systems, including both mechanical and electrical theory.

    • Pre-measure jobs and identify materials required.

    • Install household appliances as needed.

    • Load, verify, and transport all necessary equipment and materials; maintain truck stock levels.

    • Properly maintain company vehicles and notify management when service is needed.

    • Assist and mentor other team members as directed by management.

    • Complete all required documentation before the end of each shift.

    • Perform accurate readings on test instruments and understand their significance.

    • Maintain and properly care for company tools and ensure safe usage.

    • Provide excellent customer service and always conduct work in a professional manner.

    • Communicate job status and any delays with the dispatcher/supervisor in real time.

    • Report any issues or problems immediately to management.


    Requirements

    • Completion of a trade program in HVAC or a related field (preferred).

    • Minimum 2 years’ HVAC installation experience and 3 years’ HVAC service experience.

    • EPA 608 certification required.

    • Working knowledge of HVAC installation, service, tools, and test instruments.

    • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

    • Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed.

    • Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and medical certification card (if required).

    • Compliance with company policies and employee handbook.

    Fire Alarm Inspector (Entry-Level)

    We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to join a growing team that services both residential and commercial clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the industry — no prior experience required, as training will be provided.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Perform fire alarm inspections in commercial buildings
