    HVAC Installer Technician
    Location: Fenton, MO
    Compensation: $21-$29/hour + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

    • $1,000 after 90 days
    • $1,000 after 180 days

    Are you an experienced HVAC Installer looking for a company that values quality workmanship, safety, and teamwork? We’re looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in installing HVAC systems the right way while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

    This position is ideal for candidates with experience in residential HVAC, manufactured housing, apartment maintenance, or light commercial environments.     What You’ll Do

    • Install residential HVAC systems, manufactured housing HVAC equipment, and light commercial systems
    • Perform equipment change-outs, new installations, and system start-ups
    • Install and connect refrigerant lines, gas piping, electrical wiring, ductwork, and ventilation components
    • Recover, evacuate, charge, and test refrigerant systems
    • Install water heaters and household appliances as needed
    • Pre-measure jobs and verify materials before installation
    • Load, transport, and maintain equipment, tools, and truck inventory
    • Perform system testing and document readings using appropriate test instruments
    • Complete all required paperwork before the end of each shift
    • Maintain company vehicles and tools in clean, safe working condition
    • Communicate project progress with supervisors and notify management of any delays or customer concerns
    • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local, state, and national codes
    • Provide professional, courteous service while working in customers’ homes and occupied properties

    What We’re Looking For

    • At least 1 year of HVAC installation experience
    • Experience in residential HVAC, apartment maintenance, manufactured housing, or light commercial HVAC preferred
    • EPA 608 Certification required
    • Working knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, gas piping, brazing, soldering, sheet metal, and flexible duct installation
    • Ability to read installation specifications and use HVAC testing equipment
    • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation as needed
    • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
    • Medical certification card when required by local regulations

    Lead HVAC Service Technician

    We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to provide technical leadership and hands-on support for HVAC service and installation projects in residential homes, manufactured housing, apartment communities, and light commercial properties.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional who is ready to take greater ownership in the field. You’ll handle complex service calls, support and mentor technicians, maintain high standards of workmanship, and help ensure every job is completed safely, accurately, and professionally.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead HVAC service, repair, installation, and replacement projects
    • Diagnose and repair complex heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
    • Service HVAC equipment in residential homes, manufactured housing, apartment communities, and light commercial facilities
    • Perform apartment maintenance HVAC work, including unit turns, occupied service calls, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
    • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to HVAC technicians and installers
    • Review job scopes, pre-measure projects, and identify required equipment and materials
    • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local, state, and national codes
    • Perform accurate readings using HVAC testing and diagnostic instruments
    • Verify completed work for safety, quality, efficiency, and proper system operation
    • Assist with household appliance installations as needed
    • Communicate job progress, delays, and material needs with dispatch and management
    • Mentor technicians and promote safe, high-quality workmanship
    • Deliver outstanding customer service while working in occupied homes and apartment communities
    • Complete all required service documentation before the end of each shift
    • Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicles, and truck stock
    • Report safety concerns and job site issues promptly
    • Participate in overtime and on-call rotations as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
    • Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
    • Lead or senior technician experience preferred
    • Experience servicing residential, apartment maintenance, manufactured housing, or light commercial HVAC systems preferred
    • EPA 608 Certification required
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and diagnostic equipment
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues independently
    • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
    • HVAC trade school or technical training preferred
    • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
    • Medical certification card if required
    • Ability to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation
    • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
