Job Title: Full-time Licensed Elevator Mechanic

Compensation: $40 – $80 per hour plus full benefits, PTO, and company vehicle

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Family-owned elevator repair, installation, and maintenance company in Fort Myers, Florida seeks licensed Elevator Mechanic with ability to take on a leadership role. Fun, family-oriented non-union company with caring and flexible culture.    

Requirements: – Florida Elevator Mechanics License (Certificate of Competency – CC Card) – At least 4 years experience as Elevator Mechanic and/or Elevator Technician – Service Mechanic expertise – Excellent communication skills – Self-starter – Ability to work independently – Leadership qualities – Growth-minded 

Responsibilities: – Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators. – Troubleshoot and resolve elevator malfunctions. – Conduct routine inspections and tests. – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes. – Communicate effectively with clients and team members. – Lead and mentor junior mechanics and technicians. – Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices.
