    Service Plumber

    As a Service Plumber, you will be the face of our company, providing expert plumbing services to our valued residential customers.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform a wide range of residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
    • Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and provide efficient solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, faucets, and water heaters.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and identify potential problems or areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate closely with customers, actively listening to their
    • concerns and providing expert advice and recommendations.
      Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety protocols.
    • Document services performed, materials used, and time spent on each job accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, actively seeking opportunities for professional development.
    • Foster positive relationships with team members, providing support and assistance as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in residential plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Solid understanding of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
    • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality workmanship.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
    • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    •  Certified in 3A (Ornamental) and / or 3B (Turf) (preferred)
    •  Demonstrated experience scaling team – proven ability to strategically grow and lead a team from 15 to 30+ members while maintaining high performance, culture, and operational efficiency. 
    • Experience working with organizations that emphasize SOPs and structured processes
