  • HVAC License Holder

    Job Title: HVAC License Holder 

    Location: Frisco, TX
    Compensation: $2,000 – $2,500/month

    About the Role:

    We are a growing HVAC company in the Frisco area seeking a licensed HVAC professional to serve as our License Holder. This contract-based role is ideal for a qualified individual who wants to contribute to a startup or expanding business without the demands of a full-time field position.

    As the License Holder, your primary responsibility will be to allow the company to legally operate under your Texas HVAC Contractor’s License, ensuring we remain compliant with all regulatory and licensing requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the company’s Master License Holder as required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

    • Ensure the business maintains compliance with all state and local HVAC regulations and licensing requirements.

    • Provide guidance and mentorship as needed to support company growth and best practices.

    • Be available for occasional consulting or inspections, as required.

    • Communicate with licensing authorities if necessary and represent the company in regulatory matters.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold a valid State of Texas HVAC Contractor’s License in good standing.

    • Knowledge of Texas building codes, HVAC compliance, and permit processes.

    • Strong integrity, professionalism, and reliability.

    • Prior experience as a license holder or supervisory technician is a plus.

    • Willingness to enter a written agreement to serve as license holder.

    Compensation & Terms:

    • $2,000 – $2,500 per month based on experience and scope of involvement.

    • Additional compensation may be offered for consulting or fieldwork if mutually agreed upon.

    • One-year term with renewal option, including a 60-day notice for termination or renewal.
