Job Overview:

We are seeking an entry level residential HVAC Service Technician/Installer. Some service and/or installation experience and EPA 608 certification preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attendance record, and strong communication skills. A positive attitude and client-focused approach are essential. Candidates must have a clean driving history and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

– Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
– Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of work performed
– Adhere to safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

– 0-2 years experience in HVAC
– EPA certification
– Strong work ethic and attendance record
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Positive attitude and client-focused approach
– Clean driving history and background check
