We’re looking for a Lead Commercial Locksmith Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take charge. In this hands-on, technical leadership role, you’ll play a crucial part in delivering top-notch service to our commercial clients while helping shape the future of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Respond quickly and professionally to emergency service requests from commercial clients

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial lock hardware and access control systems

• Re-key, pin, and troubleshoot locks, master key systems, and more

• Work on safe, video surveillance, and door installation projects (experience here is a BIG plus!)

• Cut keys by code and perform precision work with confidence and accuracy

• Assist with operations support and work closely with management on various projects

• Deliver outstanding customer service while solving technical problems efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in locksmithing, access control, or related technical trades

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Comfortable working on ladders, with tools, and in all weather conditions

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
