Job Title: Master Plumber (License Holder)
Location: Gilbert, Arizona
Compensation: $2,500/month for license rental
Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to rent or lease their Arizona plumbing license for business purposes. The ideal candidate will hold an AZ Specialty Residential CR-37 License and be open to providing consulting services as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the qualifying party for licensing requirements, ensuring state compliance.
- Maintain and uphold Arizona plumbing regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Optionally provide consulting services on plumbing projects, training, and compliance needs.
- Potential for full-time employment, performing plumbing work and mentoring junior plumbers.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Master Plumber License (or ability to obtain one).
- 8+ years of professional plumbing experience (residential and light commercial preferred).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, state regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems.
- Ability to train and mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation & Opportunity:
