What You’ll Need

• Minimum 1 year of shower door installation experience

• Ability to install both standard and custom enclosures

• Access to a helper for heavier door installs

• Own tools, reliable transportation, and insurance

• Comfortable using mobile apps to log work and provide updates

• Must be able to pass a background check (required by retail partners)

Appliance Installation Technician – Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Weekends Optional)
Salary: Up to $1,000/week + strong bonus program

What You’ll Do:

• Pick up installations between 7:00–7:30 AM

• Complete installations within scheduled 4-hour time slots

• Use our app to upload photos and obtain customer signatures

• Show care and attention to detail in customers’ homes

• Install appliances such as dishwashers, garbage disposals, water heaters, microwaves, ranges, wall ovens, and cooktops

• Install vanities, toilets, sinks, faucets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and more

Who We’re Looking For:

• Able to lift 50 lbs or more

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (MVR required)

• Pass a background check

• 21 years or older

• Able to work full-time, Monday–Friday (weekends optional)

• Complete a minimum of 25 installations per week

• No experience required—we provide paid, on-the-job training

• Positive, go-getter attitude essential

• Installation, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

• HVAC service and repairs
• Assist with dispatching of services to the appropriate technicians.
• Ensure each job is completed on time and to customer satisfaction and perform on-site inspections.
• Review service paperwork and ensures all field personnel adheres to procedural standards of reporting and documentation.
• Evaluates staff to determine training requirements and provides recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assists with oversight of safety reporting.
• Assists in providing accurate reports and updates on labor costs, work scheduling, billing, and payroll
• Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance.

Experience:

• Must have 3 + years of residential HVAC experience
• Great customer service skills
