Job Title: Lead HVAC Service Technician

We pride ourselves on a culture of integrity, prioritizing honest repairs over forced corporate sales quotas. We are actively hiring a full-time Lead Service Technician to join our close-knit team.

The Role:
You will expertly diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. We value technicians who get the job done right the first time and maintain a low callback rate.

Compensation:

• $33.00 to $40.00 per hour base pay.
• Additional commissions on equipment sales (3 to 5 percent), IAQ, and service agreements.
• Health insurance and PTO.
  Company vehicle, gas card, phone allowance, and tool allowance.

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven field experience
• Active EPA Universal Certification
• Clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
