We’re looking for a hands-on Journeyman Electrician or Wireman who’s ready to take charge of residential generator installs, mentor teammates, and grow with a company that actually recognizes hard work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential generators and ATS switches.

• Provide electrical and mechanical support for residential systems—you’re the go-to problem-solver.

• Lead a team of electricians in the field and make sure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

• Ensure every job is up to code, up to standard, and up to your personal level of excellence.

• Work with homeowners to understand their needs and offer smart, reliable solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman or Wireman).

• Hands-on knowledge of generator installs and ATS systems.

• A sharp troubleshooting mind—both mechanically and electrically.

• A current electrical license (preferred) and TDLR (a plus!).

• Strong leadership chops and the ability to motivate a team.

• A positive, solution-focused attitude and great communication skills.
