Availability: Must be available nights & weekends during the seasonal period
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling and Office Assistant to join a dynamic seasonal team at a busy, family-friendly entertainment venue. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during peak seasons. What You’ll Do:

Create and manage employee schedules

Proactively solve scheduling conflicts

Handle employee-related situations with professionalism and care

Answer phones and respond to emails in a friendly, efficient manner

Assist with customer communication when needed

Keep up with follow-ups and administrative tasks

Stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Perform various clerical duties as needed
What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Friendly and professional demeanor

Familiarity with scheduling tools (experience with When I Work is a plus)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)

Self-starter with multitasking ability

Able to work independently and on a team
