Journeyman Plumber
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Compensation: $35-$40/hr DOE + Commission

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and upgrades
- Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and other residential plumbing equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventative service work
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Present solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Complete accurate service documentation and collect required job information
- Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes and company safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman-level plumbing experience
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Experience with ServiceTitan
- Proven experience with plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation work
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to recommend solutions with confidence and integrity
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
