Location: West Los Angeles | Compensation: $22–$35/hr | Full-Time

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things and a love for helping people feel safe? Do you believe that every lock has a story—and you’re the hero that brings peace of mind to homeowners one door at a time? If that sounds like you, we want you on our team.

We’re a family-style, fast-growing business with national recognition and local roots. And we’re on the lookout for a Residential Locksmith who’s ready to roll up their sleeves (in a provided uniform!) and make an impact.

�� What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining residential hardware and locks

• Rekeying homes, cutting keys, and working your magic with master key systems

• Diagnosing issues like a lock whisperer—then fixing them like a pro

• Keeping homeowners happy and safe while providing friendly, professional service

• Driving our company vehicle to jobs in style (and on time!)

• Taking pride in your work and documenting it with photos, notes, and customer sign-offs

• Occasionally teaming up on special projects or supporting commercial work if you’re up for it!

�� What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of locksmithing, access control, door hardware, or similar skilled trade experience

• Great with tools, troubleshooting, and working solo or with a team

• Comfortable reading work orders, diagrams, and making sense of job instructions

• Organized, efficient, and great with people

• Physically capable (able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather)

• A clean driving record and ability to follow safety procedures

• Bonus points if you’ve got safe or access control experience – we love a lock geek!
