Job Description:
– Install and replace residential/light commercial HVAC systems.
– Ensure compliance with local codes and pass inspections on the first attempt.
– Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively on-site.
– Use tools, gauges, and test equipment for quality installations.
– Complete and sign off installation checklists.
– Work independently or with a team to solve field problems.
– Maintain and organize inventory for efficiency.
– Recommend maintenance contracts to extend customer product life.

Requirements:
– 5-10+ years of HVAC installation experience.
– Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
– EPA certification.
– Own tools, strong integrity, and reliability.
– Proficient in HVAC system design, layout, and installation.
– Skilled in wiring, troubleshooting, and system start-ups.
– Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
– Tech/Trade School degree.
– Service and maintenance experience.
– North Carolina Mechanical License.
– NATE Certification.
