Responsibilities:
- Drive business development within a designated territory
- Understand and exceed customer needs
- Sell HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services
- Provide estimates and bids
- Negotiate projects and preventative maintenance contracts
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
- Lead effectively and solve problems
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in commercial HVAC sales
- Experience selling preventative maintenance contracts
- Experience interacting with building or facility owners and managers
- Ability to identify and suggest new sales opportunities
- Strong time management skills
- Goal-oriented with a genuine empathy for customers
- Desire to expand and develop the territory
