    Responsibilities:
    • Drive business development within a designated territory
    • Understand and exceed customer needs
    • Sell HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services
    • Provide estimates and bids
    • Negotiate projects and preventative maintenance contracts
    • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
    • Lead effectively and solve problems
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years in commercial HVAC sales
    • Experience selling preventative maintenance contracts
    • Experience interacting with building or facility owners and managers
    • Ability to identify and suggest new sales opportunities
    • Strong time management skills
    • Goal-oriented with a genuine empathy for customers
    • Desire to expand and develop the territory
