Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $30–$40/hour + Commissions, Bonuses, and Additional Employer-Paid Benefits

A growing HVAC company in the Loveland area is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its team. Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure proper system operation.

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.

Educate customers on repair and replacement options.

Document work performed, equipment information, and customer recommendations.

Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.

Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.

Participate in ongoing training and assist with mentoring junior technicians as needed.
Equipment Experience Preferred

Qualifications

EPA Certification required.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Applicable HVAC licensing/certifications preferred.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined spaces.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor throughout the day.
