We’re looking for a Licensed Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing team in the Marble Falls area. You’ll have the opportunity to run your own service calls, work on a wide variety of residential systems, earn more through additional sales opportunities, and become a valued part of a company that appreciates skilled tradespeople.

If you have your Texas HVAC license, EPA certification, and at least two years of residential service experience, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems

• Work with equipment from Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, Mitsubishi, Payne, and other major brands

• Handle residential system installations and replacements

• Identify replacement opportunities and provide full-system estimates when needed

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

• Recommend additional products and services that genuinely benefit the customer, including indoor air quality and UV light solutions

• Maintain an organized, professional service vehicle and appearance

• Participate in an on-call rotation of approximately 2 weekends per month from May through September

• Provide occasional phone support to the technician on call when you are off rotation

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas HVAC license

• EPA certification

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Experience independently running service calls from your own van or service truck

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, components, and controls

• Dependable work ethic and strong weekday attendance

• Friendly, professional communication skills

• A customer-first mindset and ability to build trust with homeowners

Even Better If You Have

• Experience selling or installing UV light and indoor air quality products

• Experience estimating complete HVAC system replacements

• A proven ability to identify and present repair or replacement options without high-pressure sales tactics

Location

Candidates should currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Marble Falls area, including:

• Marble Falls

• Burnet

• Horseshoe Bay

• Spicewood

Up to $1,500 in relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
