    Job Title: Residential Roofing Sales Representative
    Location: Melbourne, FL
    Compensation: Draw + Uncapped Commission (Top earners can exceed $150K annually)

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team in Melbourne, FL. This is a high-earning opportunity for a confident, relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified leads, engaging with homeowners, and closing roofing projects—primarily for high-end residential properties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate new roofing leads through company-generated leads, referrals, networking, and online platforms

    • Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners to assess roofing needs and evaluate project scope

    • Educate customers on roofing options, materials, warranties, and long-term benefits

    • Develop and present detailed proposals and estimates tailored to each client’s needs

    • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to signed agreement and project completion

    • Build long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals

    • Attend local networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote brand visibility

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in roofing sales or related industries (e.g., home improvement, construction) preferred

    • Proven success in a sales role with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and build trust with homeowners

    • Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously

    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently

    • Valid driver’s license required
