Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on keeping facilities running smoothly and teams performing at their best? We’re looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee a skilled maintenance and custodial team and ensure the community is safe, comfortable, and top-notch for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and mentor maintenance and custodial staff.

• Keep buildings, grounds, and equipment in peak condition.

• Manage work orders, minor construction projects, and unit turnovers.

• Supervise outside vendors and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.

• Develop preventative maintenance programs for all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators).

• Conduct inspections and enforce OSHA safety standards.

• Oversee inventory, tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• Assist with budgeting and disaster preparedness programs.

What You Bring:

• Proven maintenance leadership experience.

• Skilled in trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical.

• Blueprint reading and regulatory knowledge.

• Excellent customer service skills, especially with senior residents.

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and work-order software.

• Valid driver’s license.
