    We’re looking for a licensed Master Plumber who not only brings strong technical ability in the field but also fits into a team-oriented environment. Someone who is dependable, easy to work with, confident running service calls independently, and willing to share knowledge or support less experienced technicians when needed.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Perform service and repair work on commercial and industrial plumbing systems
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing issues in the field
    • Manage service calls independently across the Chicagoland area
    • Work directly with customers, facility managers, and jobsite contacts
    • Provide guidance or support to younger journeymen when appropriate
    • Communicate clearly with office staff regarding job status and updates
    • Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
    • Represent the company positively in the field at all times

    What We’re Looking For

    • Active Illinois Master Plumbing License
    • Strong commercial and industrial service plumbing experience
    • Ability to run service calls independently without supervision
    • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field
    • Professional communication and customer-facing ability
    • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
    • Comfortable supporting or mentoring less experienced techs when needed
    • Clean driving record

    Right now, we’re looking for someone outgoing, driven, and relationship-focused to help us continue growing our client base and presence in the market. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives socially, enjoys networking, and knows how to build trust and create opportunities.

    You do not need to be the technical expert in HVAC/mechanical systems. Our operations and estimating teams will support the technical side. We’re looking for the person who can open doors, build relationships, create opportunities, and represent the company well.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, plant managers, and commercial/industrial clients
    • Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, events, jobsite visits, and relationship-building
    • Represent the company at industry events, lunches, happy hours, association meetings, and client outings
    • Help identify opportunities for both construction and service work
    • Follow up with leads and help guide prospects through the early sales process
    • Coordinate with internal operations/estimating teams once projects move into technical discussions
    • Maintain communication with existing clients to strengthen long-term partnerships
    • Help grow brand presence and market visibility throughout the Chicagoland area
    • Track activity, relationships, and opportunities in CRM/software systems
    • Bring positive energy and professionalism while helping grow the business

    What We’re Looking For

    • Outgoing, personable, confident personality
    • Someone who naturally connects with people and builds relationships easily
    • Motivated, self-driven, and comfortable networking/socializing
    • Sales, promotions, hospitality, recruiting, account management, or business development experience preferred
    • Experience in brand ambassador/promotional/event marketing roles is a plus
    • Commercial construction, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial exposure is a bonus, but not required
    • Strong communication and follow-up skills
    • Comfortable being out in the field meeting people regularly
    • Team-first mentality with a humble attitude
    • Someone who can have fun, fit the culture, but still execute at a high level
