We’re growing and looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our residential concrete crews.
This is a hands-on leadership role. We’re looking for someone who can run a crew, keep projects moving, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship. If you lead by example and take pride in quality work, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a residential concrete crew
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily job activities
- Keep projects on schedule while maintaining high quality standards
- Communicate with homeowners, office staff, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Oversee all phases of the project including forming, rebar, pouring, finishing, and curing
- Train and mentor crew members
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of concrete experience, including crew leadership or foreman experience
- Strong experience with flatwork, forming, finishing, and decorative concrete
- Ability to operate equipment and confidently lead a crew
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
