- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and conditions conducive to infestations
- Accurately identify insects, rodents, and other common pests
- Perform structural pest control treatments in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Apply pesticides, baits, traps, and exclusion methods safely and effectively
- Perform pest-proofing services, including sealing entry points and recommending corrective actions
- Develop and implement customized Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs for customers
- Communicate treatment plans, findings, and recommendations clearly and professionally
- Complete service documentation, inspection reports, and customer records accurately
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and materials in a clean and professional manner
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships
- 3+ years of professional residential and commercial pest control experience
- New York State 7A and/or 7F Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, exclusion techniques, and pesticide safety practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a daily service route
- Ability to educate customers on prevention and long-term pest management solutions
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
