Job Title: Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $33 to $44 per hour (based on licenses and experience)

What You Will Do
- Diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems.
- Run standard maintenance solo within weeks and take on full service calls independently after a 30 day onboarding.
- Manage personal job stock and complete daily billing paperwork.
- Work with diverse manufacturers and modern smart thermostats.
What We Need
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- A team player who is highly coachable and great with customers.
- Applicable industry licenses.
