Qualifications

• Michigan State Certification and/or ASE Certification in 50% or more applicable categories
• Minimum 1 year of dealership or independent repair shop experience
• Experience with at least one of the following brands: o Chrysler o Chevrolet (GM) o Kia o Honda
• Own professional tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform inspections and identify needed repairs
• Complete work efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Deliver quality workmanship and customer service

Compensation & Benefits

• Flat-rate pay plan
• Average annual earnings of $60,000 – $100,000+
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Body Shop Estimator Full-Time | $50,000 – $75,000 Annual Salary

We are a family-owned and operated automotive collision repair organization seeking a Body Shop Estimator to join our team. • Minimum 1 year of body shop estimating and/or collision repair production experience
• Experience with CCC, Mitchell, and/or ALLDATA estimating software

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates
• Work directly with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians
• Manage repair schedules and monitor job progress
• Review supplements and ensure repair plans are complete and accurate
• Maintain detailed documentation and estimate records
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
