    Hiring for a Construction Helper
    Omaha, NE

    Pay: $25-$30/hr. based on experience

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Construction Helper to assist with various tasks on residential and commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate is motivated, physically fit, and willing to learn. This role is essential for supporting tradespeople and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED

    • 4+ years of construction experience preferred

    • Willingness to learn and take direction

    • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather conditions

    • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude

    • Must have reliable transportation to job sites

    • Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades on job sites

    • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

    • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards

    • Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures

    • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

    • Measure, cut, and assemble materials as directed

    • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials

    • Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols and procedures

    • Support team with any additional tasks needed to complete the project on time

    Working Conditions:

    • Outdoor and indoor job sites, often in varying weather conditions

    • Physical labor including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods

    • May involve early morning start times and occasional overtime

    Hiring for a Construction Carpenter-Residential/Light Commercial!!
    Omaha, NE

    Pay: $35-$45/hr. Based on Experience + Benefits

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED

    • 8+ years of residential carpentry experience (new builds and/or remodels)

    • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques

    • Knowledge of building codes, blueprints, and layout procedures

    • Ability to work at heights, in varying weather conditions, and lift 50+ pounds

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Construct, install, and repair framing, walls, floors, doors, windows, cabinets, staircases, and other wooden structures in residential homes & light commercial buildings

    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans

    • Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials using hand and power tools

    • Ensure structures meet local building codes and safety regulations

    • Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup as needed

    • Collaborate with other trades (electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc.) on job sites

    • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

    • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
