Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Use your excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage your diesel technicians, maintain good morale among your team and keep customers happy
- Prioritize and assign reefer and APU repairs to meet customers’ needs
- Train and mentor junior technicians
- Lead technicians to achieve maximum productivity & efficiency
- Lead improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control
- Assure a clean and safe working environment
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 4+ years working as a Thermo King or Carrier refrigeration technician
- Attended Carrier or Thermo King refrigeration school
- Strong diesel repair background (5+ years)
- EPA 608 and 609 license
- Ability to lead others
- A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and follow-up
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and multi-task effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills
