Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems for 3 buildings
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors for repairs and projects.
- Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-saving measures to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage and oversee emergency repairs and respond promptly to facility issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and service reports.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Provide training and or mentorship to engineering and maintenance staff.
Background Needed:- 5+ years of experience in building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experienced in Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experienced with Air Handlers and Chillers
- Experienced with Water Sourced Heat Pumps (WSHP)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
– Repair and maintain commercial ice makers, freezers, and refrigeration systems.
