• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems for 3 buildings
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-saving measures to improve efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience in building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experienced in Building Automation Systems (BAS)
• Experienced with Air Handlers and Chillers
• Experienced with Water Sourced Heat Pumps (WSHP)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations, local building codes, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:
– Repair and maintain commercial ice makers, freezers, and refrigeration systems.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues with commercial freezers and walk-in freezers.

– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
