What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install and service smart water devices such as Flo by Moen, Phyn, Flume, Notion, FloLogic, Leak Defense, and others

• Educate customers on how smart devices help prevent water damage and conserve water

• Deliver a high standard of customer service and technical excellence

• Perform fixture, valve, and appliance installations and minor plumbing repairs

• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and resolve issues effectively

• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Master Plumber License

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience

• Experience with or interest in smart home water technology

• Skilled in troubleshooting and basic installations

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with linking smart devices to WiFi networks

• Positive, professional, and dependable work ethic

• Strong customer communication and service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening

Job Description: Permanent Ice Maker Technician

Starting Salary: $35-$45 per hour GREAT Benefits!

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:
– Repair and maintain commercial ice makers, freezers, and refrigeration systems.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues with commercial freezers and walk-in freezers.
– Ensure proper superheat levels and system sequences are maintained for optimal operation.
– Conduct regular maintenance and service checks on commercial refrigeration units.
– Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical problems in commercial ice-making equipment.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
– Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all repairs and maintenance performed.

Requirements:
– Five years of proven experience in repairing commercial ice makers and refrigeration systems.
– EPA Universal
– Strong knowledge of commercial freezers, walk-in freezers, superheat, and system sequences.
– Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– Relevant certifications in refrigeration or HVAC (preferred).

• Support installation processes on residential and commercial jobsites
• Install retail store front glass, special glass mirrors and curtain walls
• Prepare and protect your work area from damage and debris
• Remove/extract old glass and framing as necessary
• Clean and prepare openings for glass installation
• Set new glass in place
• Align and attach new glass
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise

• 3+ years of experience in installation and fabrication of flat glass (mirrors, table tops, storefront windows, showers, insulated glass replacement)

• OR, strong Construction Carpentry experience WITH exp. in glass installation
