Key Responsibilities

• Hunt and lock in referral gold: contractors, realtors, churches, HOAs, local influencers
• Pound the pavement weekly between Phoenix and Tucson—face-to-face wins

• Build a lean, powerful CRM to track every lead and relationship
• Audit & turbocharge our new websites for max leads and SEO juice; chase ROI like it’s your money
• Launch grassroots magic: TikTok/Instagram videos, neighborhood sponsorships, door-hanger blitzes in high-demand zones

Qualifications

• 3–7 years crushing sales with real local-market wins
• Hands-on experience in door-to-door, sponsorships, social content, hyperlocal events
• CRM fluency + obsession with tracking metrics, funnels, and ROI
• Willing to drive between Phoenix & Tucson weekly

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Shopping Cart Retriever to join our team. As a Shopping Cart Retriever, you will be responsible for driving designated routes to collect shopping carts from neighborhoods and returning them to their respective stores.

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive through assigned areas to locate and retrieve shopping carts.
– Safely transport shopping carts back to the stores.
– Maintain established routes and schedules.
– Ensure carts are collected in a timely manner.

Compensation:

– Pay range of $500-$1200 weekly.
– Paid per ticket on a weekly basis.
– Additional compensation available if using a personal truck.

Qualifications:

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
– Ability to work full-time and commit to established routes.

Responsibilities:

• Read mechanical schematics and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Read mechanical and machinist blueprints, and precision measuring instruments, then document findings on appropriate paperwork
• Perform mechanical and welding type duties on an as needed basis and meet all requirements such as welding specs, rigging, assembling cranes
• Troubleshoot all sizes and types of cranes and mechanically determine problems and take corrective action
• Provide Service Manager with accurate and complete information on mechanical machinery in order to install/replace/order replacement parts
• Complete documentation with relevant information required to generate reports to be forwarded to the engineering or production departments, or to the customer. Use of digital camera and docking station required

Experience:

• Minimum 2 year crane OR industrial electrical background
• Ability to complete required nuclear site access
• Basic knowledge of machinery and tools including their design, uses, repairs and maintenance
• Experience with motors and gear boxes
• Experience with electrical – 3 phase motor controls, PLCs, up to 480v
• Experience with crane maintenance preferred, but not required
