Responsibilities:
- Shape concrete with wood or plastic forms
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Monitor the drying process
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles
- Lift heavy objects and operate machinery as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in the concrete or construction (basic carpentry experience) industry
- Experience with formwork and ready-mix concrete
- Experience in operating heavy equipment (not required)
- Valid Class A or B CDL license (not required)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
