Compensation: $28–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, must be available for on-call weekend work

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead HVAC Technician to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role will support both residential and commercial clients, handling installations, service, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, recommending effective solutions.

• Lead and mentor junior technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on job.

• Participate in on-call rotation and be available for weekend service as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician (residential and commercial).

• EPA Certification required; state HVAC license preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and equipment.

• Ability to lead, train, and oversee a team of technicians.

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
