HVAC Service Technician
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Reports to: Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability

• Troubleshoot system issues and complete repairs accurately

• Test systems to ensure proper operation and performance

• Recommend system repairs or replacements when appropriate

• Communicate clearly with customers and document work using dispatching software

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year HVAC service experience (service-focused, not maintenance-only)

• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently

• Comfortable working directly with residential customers

• Must have own tools

Compensation & Benefits

• $23-$30/hour, based on experience

• 10% commission on service tickets

• 2% commission on equipment sales
