Outside Sales Executive – Signs Division
Compensation: $50,000-$75,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Location: Sacramento, CA/Northern CA
Hybrid Role: “Office”/Field
Are you a proven B2B sales professional who loves prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals?
We’re growing our Signs Division and looking for a driven Outside Sales Executive with signage industry experience and a track record of generating $1M+ in sales. This is a true hunter role with unlimited earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Meet with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Present customized signage solutions to clients
- Utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities and track activity
- Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 2 yrs B2B sales experience
- Proven success closing $1M+ in B2B sales
- Signage industry experience preferred
- Strong cold-calling and business development skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- CRM experience
