Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations: schedule jobs, assign crews, oversee installations/repairs/maintenance, and ensure code compliance/safety
- Boost revenue attainment toward multi-million goals; target $65K/month per truck through upselling, efficiency, and process optimization
- Manage profitability: monitor costs, inventory, and KPIs; handle emergencies and quality inspections for top customer satisfaction
- Lead recruiting/retention: hire/train/develop technicians, foster motivation, and build a high-performing culture
- Coordinate equipment usage, budgeting, and vendor relations; report progress to drive scalable growth
Requirements
- 10+ years hands-on plumbing experience (residential/light commercial)
- 4+ years in management/supervision with proven sales-oriented technical results
- Exceptional attention to detail, motivation, and leadership in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and KPI-driven mindset
Compensation $125,000+ total compensation (expect 50/50 base salary/commission) in a growth-focused culture.
