What Youll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide real solutions (no guesswork)
- Communicate clearly with customers and build trust
- Deliver clean, high-quality work every time
No pressure sales environment – focus on doing the job right
What You Need:
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (not install)
- RMGA & EPA Certifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Solid communication and customer service mindset
- Valid drivers license with clean record
