Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation teams on residential & light commercial projects

• Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC installations to industry and company standards

• Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers

• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality workmanship

• Maintain accurate job records and documentation

• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety requirements

• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, with leadership responsibilities

• EPA Certification (required)

• RMGA Certification (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation and layout

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
