Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Provide honest and professional recommendations – never oversell

• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication

• Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures

• Take pride in your workmanship and positive impact on customers

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential/light commercial HVAC service experience with RMGA Certification

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player
