    Residential Licensed HVAC Lead Technician (Founding Team)

    Location: Shaker Heights, OH & Communities East of Cleveland

    Help Build Northeast Ohio’s Next Trusted HVAC Company

    New residential home services company launching in Shaker Heights and the communities east of Cleveland. We’re building a trusted, one-call solution for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services—with one major difference: every technician is part of our in-house team. We never use third-party subcontractors.

    We’re looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician who wants more than another truck and another route. As one of our Founding Lead Technicians, you’ll help shape how our HVAC department operates while delivering exceptional service to homeowners throughout Northeast Ohio.

    What You’ll Do

    • Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential heating and cooling systems

    • Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality equipment

    • Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend the best solutions for homeowners

    • Perform installations that meet Ohio code requirements and manufacturer specifications

    • Deliver an outstanding customer experience through honest communication and quality workmanship

    • Help establish field procedures, service standards, and best practices 

    • Collaborate with leadership to improve operations, scheduling, and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Valid Ohio OCILB HVAC License (Journeyman or Master), or actively working toward licensure—we’re willing to help the right candidate achieve it

    • Minimum five years of residential HVAC experience

    • EPA Certification preferred

    • Experience servicing older homes and HVAC systems common throughout Northeast Ohio

    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

    • Excellent communication and professionalism inside customers’ homes

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Residential Licensed Electrical Lead Technician (Founding Team)

    Location: Shaker Heights, OH & Communities East of Cleveland

    New residential home services company bringing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services together under one trusted brand. We’re building our company with licensed, in-house professionals—not subcontractors.

    We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Residential Electrician to join our Founding Team and help build an electrical department known for quality workmanship, safety, and outstanding customer service.

    What You’ll Do

    • Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems

    • Perform panel upgrades, service changes, lighting installations, outlet and switch replacements, circuit troubleshooting, and electrical repairs

    • Ensure all work meets Ohio electrical code requirements

    • Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings and recommended solutions

    • Help establish operational standards and best practices for the electrical division

    • Partner with company leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Valid Ohio OCILB Electrical License (Journeyman or Master), or actively working toward licensure—we’ll support the right candidate

    • Minimum five years of residential electrical experience

    • Experience with older homes, service upgrades, and residential troubleshooting preferred

    • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and Ohio code requirements

    • Excellent communication and professionalism

    • Valid driver’s license

    What You’ll Do

    • Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems

    • Service water heaters, fixtures, piping, drain systems, sewer lines, and water supply systems

    • Perform code-compliant plumbing installations and repairs

    • Troubleshoot plumbing issues while educating homeowners on their options

    • Deliver exceptional customer service and professional communication

    • Help create field standards and operational procedures for our growing plumbing division

    • Work closely with leadership to continually improve customer experience

    Qualifications

    • Valid Ohio OCILB Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master), or actively pursuing licensure—we’ll help the right candidate obtain it

    • Minimum five years of residential plumbing experience

    • Experience working in older homes preferred

    • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

    • High-quality workmanship and attention to detail

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Valid driver’s license
